Indy Coffee Roasting Company supports a pop up cafe open to the public on Sunday’s 8am-12pm. We call it Coffee Church where we worship the Brazilian coffee goddess and give thanks to all coffee farmers and those who provide us with our daily brew.
Each Sunday we feature Coffee Pour Overs, Mexican and Scandinavian Coffee Drinks. We are coffee nerds! Our Artisan pastries are made in house using mostly organic ingredients and seasonal local produce when available. We also provide options for vegans, vegetarians and a few gluten-free alternatives. We love coffee and food, especially when they’re together.
Our coffees are certified organic, roasted and brewed European style. (medium-dark, low acidity, rich, full flavored coffees)
